The Emmett Library has been selected as one of only three Idaho recipients this year of a 2022 Community Challenge Grant from the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP). It was announced last week that Emmett will be receiving a grant in the amount of $13,518 as one of 260 organizations selected nationwide.

“We will be installing an innovative Remote Library Locker System,” said Alyce Kelley, library director. “This will extend library accessibility by offering self-serve options like pick-up and returns 24/7.”
