NAMPA — The Nampa Public Library is celebrating National Library Week through Sunday with the theme, "Libraries Lead," according to a press release.

Nampa will celebrate throughout the week with many events, including Patron Hot Dog Day (April 11), preschool story time with Nampa Mayor Debbie Kling (April 11 and 13) and a performance from Idaho Arts Charter School (April 13).

The library will also be unveiling a 360-degree tour of the library on its website, creating sticky note hearts with patron messages of why they love the library, giving out "I love my Nampa Library" buttons and sending out the first edition of the new bi-monthly newsletter. To sign up for the new library newsletter, visit the Nampa Public Library Facebook page.

For additional information on this program and other library programs, visit nampalibrary.org/calendar or go to the Nampa Public Library at 215 12th Ave. S. All programs and events at the library are provided to the public free of charge.
