Boise’s Economic Development Director Nic Miller confirmed the company plans to come to the area. It is one of the first announcements of new businesses in the area since the new Gateway East urban renewal district was formed at the beginning of 2019.

“We’re excited about this new addition to the Boise business community and see a bit of a food processing/bakery cluster forming out there with Hearthside Foods just further south on Eisenman,” Miller said. “That area has a history of this, with PowerBar being there previously.”
