HOMEDALE — A man faces federal mail theft charges after numerous Homedale post office boxes were broken into in recent months.

U.S. Postal Inspector Darin Solmon filed a criminal complaint against Bobby Eugene Riley in U.S. District Court after an investigation into mail theft from the Homedale, Idaho, Post Office.
