2C Family Brewing

A building at 1215 First St. S. in downtown Nampa is being renovated to hold 2C Family Brewing and Mesa Tacos and Tequila.

NAMPA — A new business, 2C Family Brewing Company, has purchased an old downtown Nampa building and intends to put in a brewery and lease space for a restaurant, bar and escape room.

The company bought the building at 1215 First St. S., where Pearson’s Twice Sold Tales used to be, in December for $395,000, said 2C Family Brewing co-owner Alvin Mullins.

They started renovating the interior soon after the sale and hope to open the brewery in early August, Mullins said.

In addition, 2C Family Brewing has leased out much of the remainder of the building to other businesses. The plan is to have the brewery in the center of the first floor next to a restaurant, with Labyrinth Escape Room Games on the top floor. A bar is slated to open in the cellar, he said, and there’s still room on the first floor for another future tenant.
