A new family medicine clinic, dental office and physical therapy clinic are planned for the southwest corner of Linder and McMillan roads.

Construction is underway on three buildings at the intersection, which will become Linder Professional Plaza.

The corner building, referred to as the Pioneer Building, is 11,682 square feet. Pioneer Family Medicine will occupy the first floor, and Achieve Physical Therapy will occupy the second — leaving enough space for an additional not-yet-announced tenant, according to David Moorhouse, owner of McCarter-Moorhouse, the firm developing the plaza.

Pioneer Family Health plans to open Sept. 1, and Achieve Physical Therapy in early fall.

The second building is 11,210 square feet. No businesses have shown interest in the space yet, Moorhouse said. Austin Creek Dental, run by Tim Hansen, will occupy the third building, opening Sept. 1. Hansen plans to lease out 1,250 square feet of the 6,000-square-foot building — leaving room for additional tenants.

Three more buildings are planned for Linder Professional Plaza at 3,300, 3,772 and 4,200 square feet. The 4,200-square-foot building will be occupied by McCarter-Moorhouse, with space for another business. Moorhouse said they plan to start construction on McCarter-Moorhouse office this fall. The timeline for the other two buildings will depend on demand.
