The largest C of I football crowd ever was several years ago for that year's homecoming. That was then...this is now. The Coyotes are playing nationally ranked #20 perennial powerhouse Southern Oregon who have been to and won the NAIA National Championship game.. That same team that won it all played here at this stadium. However the 8 & 0 Coyotes now have the mind set that THEY CAN WIN, repeatedly. This is going to be a manly hard fought physical gridiron afternoon match up.
The weather is predicted to be perfect with a 78 degree kick off temperature with sunny sky’s. The local service clubs grills will be smoking with an amazing menu variety. And yes, the CNR Cowboy beer garden will be open for business too!
So why not make plans to attend and show this nation with 7 or 8000+ fans that the C of I football program is real and it's here to be rec-conned with. You come to this town then you better be ready to play some high quality football otherwise your hats will be handed to you when you depart.
Congratulations & thank you to the College of Idaho for their bold & courageous move of reinstating intercollegiate football as you now have this community living the American dream of hope, excitement & enthusiastic optimism!
Folks, Are you ready for some football?
