MELBA 61, PARMA 8: Scotty Martinez had 10 rushes for 211 yards ultimately scoring three touchdowns helping secure Melba’s win over Parma. Easton Bunnell had eight rushes for 145 yards and scored one touchdown.

Dallin Forsgren received seven pass attempts and five completions for 181 yards. Forsgren scored touchdowns. Abe Riley 5 rushed for 21 yards and had one reception at the 32-yard line for a touchdown. Zane Helm had one rush for a 2-yard touchdown and Zane Dayley had three receptions for 129 yards and scored two touchdowns.

VOLLEYBALL

KUNA 4, VALLIVUE 0: Kuna won all four sets against Vallivue. Scores were 25-11, 25-18, 22-25, 25-7. Courtney Weatherby had eight kills for Kuna, as well as two aces and 11 digs. Ryann Halladay had nine kills, two aces and 13 digs.

Matti Whitehead assisted in the win with three aces and 36 digs. Miaja Mills had six kills.

MELBA 3, NEW PLYMOUTH 0: Melba beat New Plymouth in three sets. The scoring was 25-21, 25-22, 25-13.

Emma Clark and Kate Clark each had nine kills in helping to secure the win. Jenna Hill had eight kills and Madisen Bunnell had 29 digs.

FOOTBALL

KUNA 5, RIDGEVUE 0: Gentry Gates recorded 17 saves in the net for Warhawks, but it wasn’t enough as they fell to Kuna in 4A Southern Idaho Conference.

VOLLEYBALL

NAMPA CHRISTIAN 3, MELBA 2: The Trojans edged the Mustangs in five sets 25-19, 19-25, 25-21, 19-25, 15-8 in 2A Western Idaho Conference play.
