Nailed It! flyer for Kuna Library

Tuesdays @ the Library: Join us this month for Family Reading Week and Art Night with a local artist. To celebrate Family Reading Week the library will be offering space-themed S.T.E.M activities! Open to all ages from 5:30-7:30 p.m. Nov. 12.

On Nov. 19, local artist, John DeRoos will be demonstrating his technique and participants will be able to try it out for themselves. Ages 8+, space is limited, registration required. 5:30-7:30 p.m.

Throw-Back-Thursday: Nov. 21 the library will be showing “Matilda,” the classic story of a young girl with a thirst for knowledge, who discovers she has magical powers. Doors open at 5:15 p.m., movie will start at 5:30. Free popcorn!

Teen Lock-In: Nailed It @ the Library: Continuing our successful series of teen lock-in events, this month the library will be hosting a Nailed It competition. Participants will be challenged to recreate Thanksgiving-themed food decorations. Registration required and space is limited. Grades 9-12. 6-7 p.m. Nov. 22.

Kuna Library offers free test proctoring services. No need to travel outside of Kuna for testing. Students that are enrolled in online or distance-learning classes can request a proctor to administer exams at Kuna Library.

Kuna Library accepts donations in the form of like-new books, DVDs, and CDs only. No other items will be accepted. Donated items become the property of Kuna Library and will be reviewed for inclusion in our collection or for use at our Friends of the Kuna Library book sale.
