Kaveman Kritters, a local 4-H club, has been making a change for the better.
It all started in an officer planning meeting. It was noted that Morgan Holland had made a suggestion for healthy refreshments at our monthly club meetings. Many were intrigued by this idea, and it was discussed during the meeting. The idea was revised and new suggestions were added to better it.
The final decision was to bring two types of refreshments; one healthy, and the other a small, sweet treat.
Whilst engaging in healthy eating, the Kaveman Kritters prepared for community service. The Kuna Grange Cleanup, the club’s way of saying thank you for their use of the Grange, will be sometime this spring; more details to be disclosed later. Along with this, the Kaveman Kritters will make cookies for officers for Law Enforcement Appreciation week, which is May 12-18.
The members have also been successfully collecting food for those less fortunate.
All in all, the Kaveman Kritters of Kuna, Idaho are ready to better our world and help those in it.
