Idaho Attorney General Lawrence Wasden will investigate an open meeting law complaint filed against the Idaho Charter School Commission, Idaho EdNews reports. Under the Idaho Open Meeting Law, he is obligated to investigate Heritage Academy’s complaint, Wasden spokeswoman Kriss Bivens Cloyd told EdNews reporter Kevin Richert on Monday.

“We have no further comment at this time,” she said. The complaint concerns a closed-door meeting of the commission on April 11, from which audio was subsequently released inadvertently. You can read Richert's full report here at
