Using natural forms as subject matter, I work within the formalist tradition in painting and sculpture.

Unlike today when clay classes are readily available, I did not have a clay class until college. But that was it. I knew this was where my artistic endeavors would remain. I sculpt, I paint and I tell stories with clay.
