There’s a pop-up restaurant in town and like a mirage, if you blink it’ll be gone. The GravEyard208 is a now-you-see-’em-now-you-don’t gig that uses Zen Bento’s walk-up window (and kitchen) to bring you biscuits slathered in gravy and other lip-smackin’ (usually) late night weekend food, just in time to soak up all those alcoholic beverages you drank.

It’s Zac Clark’s brainchild and labor of love. Clark, who manages Zen Bento by day, said he came up with the concept and the menu after giving some thought on what Boise’s night food was missing. And if you’re wondering about the name of the game, Clark said “it’s a play on words. Late night is the graveyard shift and then, gravy — gravE.”
