No. 5 - BRETT RYPIEN FINISHES RECORD-SETTING CAREER: Boise State quarterback Brett Rypien finished his career with the Broncos in 2018 as the all-time leading passer in Mountain West history. Rypien, who will go down as one of the top quarterbacks ever to play at Boise State, ranks second on the program’s all-time list for career passing yards (13,581), completions (1,036), attempts (1,618) and touchdowns (90). He set the all-time Mountain West passing record against Fresno State on Nov. 9 and his 13,581 passing yards rank No. 13 all-time in college football. Rypien led the Broncos to 37 wins, the second-most of any quarterback at Boise State. Included was the 2017 Mountain West Championship and two bowl wins in three games. He’ll likely be a late-round NFL Draft pick in April.
