Soul Pose

Soul Pose's all-level yoga sessions are fun for everyone — from experienced yogis to someone who has never set foot on a mat. Local yoga teachers Monica Lee and McKenna Buckley will lead the intensely physical blacklight yoga sessions.

NAMPA — From the creators of The Color Run comes Soul Pose to the Ford Idaho Center on Dec. 2.

Soul Pose’s all-level yoga sessions are fun for everyone — from experienced yogis to someone who has never set foot on a mat. Local yoga teachers Monica Lee and McKenna Buckley will lead the intensely physical blacklight yoga sessions.

Each session is complete with a pre-session Block Party where participants decorate themselves and their mats with body paint while they visit with vendors.

Soul Pose Yogis receive a Soul Pose yoga mat, towel, bracelet and confetti as part of their registration.

“I hope Soul Pose Yogis take what they experience and make yoga and mindfulness part of everyday life long after Soul Pose ends,” said Sophie Weichers, event director.
