To be eligible to vote, voters must be at least 18 years old as of election day, be a citizen of the United States, and have resided in Idaho and in the county in which they are registering for at least 30 days.
With proof of residence and photo identification, voters can register at the polls on election day. Otherwise, voters must send their voter registration application card to their county clerk at least 25 days before the election.
