If we had to choose just one home that encompassed the workmanship, practicality, location and uniqueness, it would have to be “The Jewel,” the home that Chip Kinzler built in the new subdivision, Stiehl Falls.

The square-footage is reasonable, and the office, the dining room, the crown molding, the entry way, the corner fireplace, covered patio, and bonus room upstairs round out this home. Yes, the walk-in closet is pretty big and the master bathroom is wonderful, but very livable.
