NAMPA - A Utah woman died Monday evening after a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 84 in Nampa.

Wendy Hoff, 49, of Ogden, was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. The vehicle's driver, Shawn Sant, 47, also of Ogden, was treated for minor injuries at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise. Neither Hoff nor Sant were wearing seatbelts.

Alcohol, speed and inattentive driving may have been contributing factors in the accident, Idaho State Police officials said in a prepared statement. Officers continue to investigate.
