Everyone has honey dos, but few people are lucky enough to have honeys to do the jobs. TLC is road-testing a four-man “Honey Do” crew Monday night and one of the hunky handymen is Dan Vickery of Vale, Ore. You may remember him from HGTV’s 2009 “Design Star” season, when he was a finalist, or from last year’s “Design Star All Stars.”
The “Honey Do” show features Jonathan “the foreman,” Kevin “the construction man,” Ben “the painter” and Dan “the handyman” bringing their tools and talents to fix what husbands haven’t.
The show’s whole premise is built around a dream team of handy men who are introduced to a wife because her husband has ignored several home improvement projects.
The 30-minute back-to-back episodes begin at 8 p.m. Monday on TLC.
The unofficial word from Dan’s very proud aunt, Vickie Holbrook: If the feedback is good, the show could become a regular series.
The four men were introduced on the “Today” show Thursday morning and proved their handy talents in seconds, so we can’t wait to see them in action for a full 30 minutes.
The men also take time to teach the husbands how to do some of the chores. Learn more about the four men and the show on Facebook at facebook.com/
