Here's a press release from Boise State:

Boise State football coach Chris Petersen announced Thursday that Chris Strausser and Bob Gregory have been named associate head coach and assistant head coach, respectively.

The new titles for both are in addition to their current coaching assignments.

Strausser is in his 11th season at Boise State, and his sixth as an assistant to Petersen. He first came to Boise State in 2001 as the offensive line coach to former coach Dan Hawkins. After joining Hawkins for one season (2006) at Colorado, Strausser returned to Boise State in 2007 as the run-game coordinator and tight ends coach. He moved back to his role as the offensive line coach for the Broncos in 2010.

Like Strausser, Gregory is also in his second stint as an assistant coach at Boise State. He first joined the Bronco staff in 2001 as the defensive coordinator for Hawkins. After one season he went to the University of California-Berkeley, where he spent the next eight years as defensive coordinator before returning to Boise State in 2010 as the linebacker coach for Petersen. He will also coach the nickels this season.

In their roles as associate and assistant head coach, Strausser and Gregory will help Petersen with the administrative duties of the Bronco football program.
