The Nampa Christian volleyball team advanced to today's 2A state championship game with a 20-25, 27-25, 18-25, 25-17, 15-12 win against Parma earlier today. The Trojans will play either Parma, Soda Springs, or Butte County, all teams Nampa Christian has already beaten in the double-elimination tournament.

The Trojans need to win one of two matches to be crowned champions. The first match is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m. today, but Nampa Christian coach Leslie Hughes said the tournament, held at Lakeland High School, is running about an hour behind.
