Friday night saw both the Coyotes and Crusaders in thrillers in Nampa, and a side thrill for many hoop fans might have been seeing the College of Idaho playing on NNU’s hardwood for the first time in nine years — remember back when these two where league rivals?

I’m not too crazy about this time of year on the hardwood. It’s the fun of the on-again, off-again start to the league season.
Yep, the College of Idaho began Cascade Conference play Friday night — always seems they start on the road at Oregon Tech and Southern Oregon, too — and plays more league games tonight.
