Congressional candidate Lewis withdraws, endorses Grant

 FRUITLAND - Rand Lewis has withdrawn from Idaho's 1st Congressional District race and announced he is endorsing fellow Democrat Larry Grant. Lewis said he and Grant "share a very high degree of agreement on issues such as veterans, national security and the military, the economy, health care and retired people and senior citizens."
