An exception is Parma, where voters must cast ballots for city positions at Parma City Hall, 305 N. 3rd St., between noon and 8 p.m. Votes on the Canyon County jail bond issue must be cast at precinct polling places. Other polls are open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Precinct numbers are listed in bold.
