NAMPA — Local residents can get a close-up look at the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile in Nampa today and Meridian Friday.
Wienermobile vehicles are cruising the country asking hot dog fans how they'd top an Oscar Mayer Jumbo Beef Frank.
The Wienermobile will be in the Treasure Valley to give hot dog fans the chance to dress a larger-than-life Jumbo Beef Frank with their favorite topping combinations and get their photo taken with their creation.
According to an Oscar Mayer fact sheet, Wienermobile vehicles boast a GPS navigation system, sleek new interior and a state-of-the-art audio center complete with wireless microphone system.
"These modern vehicles are fully-loaded with mustard and catsup colored seats, blue sky ceilings, mustard-splattered walkways and carpet designed to look as if it came ordered with 'everything on it," the company said.

- Today: noon to 5 p.m. at the Fred Meyer in Nampa. The store is located at 50 2nd St. S.
